I am excited to release the latest iteration of A.I. Runner which is faster, more robust and closer to my original vision than the previous version.

Here you will find an infinite scrolling canvas, a model and image database, tools to help you create pixel art and more.

I am using this tool for my own AI art creations so I will be improving it often. Be sure to leave feedback or requests in the comments and I’ll do my best to respond.

Some background on A.I. Runner

Several months ago I released A.I. Runner as a windows form application written in .NET

I was unhappy with the results and decided to pull the project from itch with 48 hours. I completely changed the architecture of this project. It is now written in pure python and makes use of the huggingface ecosystem of libraries.

This means you that in addition to not having to install any extra dependencies, you also do not need to run a server or open any ports. The result is a faster and more secure experience.

Additionally I have taken extra steps to prevent the diffusers library from needlessly connecting to huggingface with each request.

What’s next

I have already started work on a number of features which will be included in the upcoming release of A.I. Runner. Some of those features include

• local conversion of ckpt models
• improvements to inpainting / outpainting
