I released several patches to address performance issues I noticed - we are now up to version 1.6.4.

Unfortunately I had to disable the rulers on Windows for the time being - oddly they cause a massive performance hit on Windows but not Linux. I will be looking into this further and will re-enable the rulers on Windows when they are ready.

I also fixed a bug in which a images would not position correctly when loading through the menu or pasting from the clipboard.

The other patches address frustrating image repositioning issues while using any of the non-txt2img generation tabs.
