v1.1.0 improved performance

GameObjectPool v1.1.0 includes improved performance by adding a “Regenerate pools” button to the Pool Manager script which will generate pooled objects in the editor rather than waiting to generate the items on start at runtime.
In addition to this, a bug was discovered which prevented pools from respecting max item growth even when ‘allow unrestricted growth’ was set to false. This has been resolved in v1.1.0
